SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

All orders are printed as ordered and take about 2-7 business days for printing and processing before they are shipped. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail from me. If you need your order soon or by a specific time, please contact me and let me know so that I can be aware. I will do my best to process your order and get it shipped out as soon as possible.

DOMESTIC ORDERS: I ship via USPS as our main carrier.  Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping during non-holiday weekdays. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders are now available! 

Packaging

All paintings and prints will be signed and placed in a protective sleeve, and shipped in an extra-rigid fiberboard envelope. Paintings or prints larger than 11"x14" will be rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube.

Returns / Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your order. That's why if you are not 100% satisfied with your order I will provide you with a full refund or exchange for goods (excluding the shipping charge if it is not due to an error on our end) in the original condition provided you contact me within 10 days of receiving your order. 

If your item was damaged upon receiving it, please contact me with a photo of the product within 10 days of receiving it and I will be more than happy to issue you a full refund. 

Due to the nature of digital downloads and commissioned pieces or custom orders, these type of orders cannot be refunded. If you received your custom order damaged, please contact me with a photo of the product within 10 days and I would be happy to discuss our options together.
