Order Process

STEP 1: Purchase your custom sketch through the listing by clicking the link at the end of this page.

STEP 2: Contact me through email to discuss your custom sketch. This email should include your order number, a detailed description of what you’d like your custom sketch to be of, reference photos if any, and any additional information I should be aware of that is important to your custom piece. You can email me at janellesusanart@gmail.com.

STEP 3: I will confirm your order, and once all important pieces of information are discussed I will get started on your order as soon as possible.

Depending on my work load your sketch can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to finish. You can request an update and/or photo of your sketch at any time. If you have a deadline and need your sketch at a specific time this needs to be confirmed as soon as possible so that I am aware. I will do my best to meet your deadline.

STEP 4: It’s important to me that you are happy with your piece! Once your sketch is finished I will contact you with a photo to insure that you are satisfied with the final product. 

STEP 5: It’s time to ship your custom sketch! I will carefully package your piece and ship it directly to you, ready to be framed and enjoyed.
